Momo's skinship is hard. For the first part you have to rub his upper arm/shoulder; for the second and third, rub his collar. Be careful, Momo-chan likes it pretty fast; so if you're not quick enough you'll lose points. I highly recommend that you save the game before the skinship starts.
Momoshiro has lots of events, so if you don't always talk to him when he is present; you should at least pay close attention to the animations on the map. When he appears, it's sign that you must talk to him in order to achieve his route properly. =)
